1 cup of whole grain flour
1 cup of white flour
1 Tbsp baking power
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup carrots,shredded
1/2 cup of
raisin
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1/4 vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup pecans,chopped
preheat oven to 400 line 12 muffins cups with paper liners or
grease muffin cups. blend together ingredients spoon in muffin pan bake 20-22 minutes or until it feels done.
