Banana Bread

I fixed this in small loaf's I think they are cute that way.  This is a wonderful way you can use up older bananas.  Winter is a wonderful time to bake makes the kitchen warm and smells so good.

2 cups whole wheat flour.  I grind my own white wheat
1/2 cup agave  or 1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/2 cup oil
3 ripe bananas mashed
1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Mix sugar,oil,egg until creamy .  Add bananas and walnuts.  Add flour,baking soda,and salt.  Stir until completely smooth.  Spoon batter in pan.  I used mini bread pans.  you can use muffin pans or large bread pan.  preheat oven to 350  bake 30 to 40 minutes or until toothpick come out clean.
