Sweet and Sour Chicken

Sweet and Sour Chicken
2 lb. chicken, cut up into pieces
Dash of salt
1 chicken bouillion cube in 1.4 cup water
1 Tbsp. ketchup
2 eggs and dry corn starch
3/4 cup of sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1 Tbsp soy sauce

Dip chicken into beaten eggs and roll on corn starch.  Fry in oil on med/high heat until golden brown.  Sauce:  Combine sugar and vingar and stir to dissolve.  Add salt,kethup,soy sauce,and bouillion.  Pour over chicken, cook uncovered first over med/high heat to boil, then cook on low 15-20 minutes.  Serve over rice.  You may add green pepper,onion,and /or pineapple to sauce.  I used legs this time it makes a great meal I cooked it 30 minutes.  and I doubled the recipe which works great also.  I used brown rice because it has more taste then white.
