One vegetable I really like and this time of year it dosen't cost much. Just cut it in half and take the seeds out and I put brown sugar and butter in the middle of it and bake about one hour at 350 and its yummy good if you want to you can change out the butter for what ever you use and add maple or what ever you like or nothing at all.
Yummy! I love squash with maple syrup on it! Delicious and healthy:)
