Winter

Its a good day to cook Its cold out and a storm is coming in a nice time to bake bread and sweets.  I guess I am more into breads and sweets then main meals.  What do you like to make.  I think I am going to start a new thing each week like maybe different breads for a week then maybe cookies or cake or candy.  I haven't made cream puffs for a long time when my children were growing up they love cream puffs.  I made them with whip cream as well as pudding.  One thing I want to do this year is spend more time on my blog.  I love to cook.  I have over 300 cookbooks I like to get new ideas from them.  I often thought It would be fun to take one cookbook and start at the front and cook all of the recipes in it.  I have one on pioneer recipes that would be fun.   As I make things I will post.
