Oatmeal Bread and Rolls

All of these are made from the same recipe they all taste great.

Whole Wheat Bread That I added Oatmeal to.

5 Cups warm water
1/2 Cup of honey
1 Tbsp. salt
1/3 cup oil
2 Tbsp instant yeast
2 cups cooked oatmeal
Whole wheat
Unbleached flour
I used 3/4 wheat and 1/4 white.   I grind my wheat and I used white winter wheat.  But you can use whole wheat from the store.

Combine warm water,sweetener,salt,oil and oatmeal in your Bosch if you don't have one then in what you have.  Add some flour to cool the water enough to add the yeast.  Add the yeast and continue adding the flour a  little at a time.  until the dough is no longer sticking to the sides of the bowl.  With the mixer still running  let knead for around 8 min.  then put out in a bowl with a little oil to coat the dough.  let rise tell double.  Then from there you can make what you want with it  I cook the bread and rolls about 35 minutes at 350

The cinnamon rolls I made about a 2 foot by one foot  you can made what ever size you want to I put the following on it.
Butter
Brown Sugar
Cinnamon
Raisin
You could add nut if you would like also
 And rolled it up cut in about 2 in. pieces put in a oiled pan and let rise again.

With the rolls I rolled them in small rounds and then I put a egg wash on the top and sesame seeds on top. or you could put poppy seeds.   On the bread I put an egg wash also it make it look better.
