Potato Soup

Good on a fall day when it starts getting cooler.
In a pan put 1/2 cup onions chopped
1/2 cup of celery chopped
2 Tablespoon butter
cook until tender.
add about 6 or 7 potatoes diced its up to the size of the potato how many. Add water to cover the potatoes.
salt and pepper to taste
when its about done add two packages of country gravy in 1 cup milk to soup stir.
Cook in another pan about 1/2 pound bacon add to soup
You could also make clam chowder by adding clams to it or corn chowder by adding corn.
