2 cups whole wheat flour ( I use white whole wheat that I grind)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups buttermilk
2 Tablespoons Flax seed ground
4 tablespoons Butter
1 tablespoon honey
Mix together flour and baking powder. Stir in remaining ingredients to form a smooth batter.
Spray heated frying pan or griddle with non fat cooking spray and cook pancakes.
